With more than 30 years’ experience in driving growth across all aspects of retail property, Graham combines integrity, hands-on leadership and adaptability. Before founding RetPro, Graham spent 10 years as Chief Operating Officer at Centro Properties Group, where he managed and developed over 120 Australian properties—including their branding and marketing—and oversaw a US shopping centre portfolio valued at over $18 billion. Graham’s earlier roles spanned high-level retail property management positions at Coles Myer.

Kathie Osborne,
Chief Operating Officer

Kathie has been in the shopping centre industry for over 25 years. Before relocating to Melbourne, Kathie was Regional Property Manager for the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, and was an integral part of the onsite management team for AMP during its two developments at Warringah Mall Shopping Centre.

Arriving in Melbourne she joined Centro Properties Group, where Kathie rose to National Property Manager responsible for a team of over 350 people across 125 shopping centre’s in Australia and New Zealand.

Kathie joined RetPro in 2014 as General Manager Shopping Centres and then onto her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Kathie is responsible for change management and system implementation of the business together with the overall running of the groups Management teams to ensure financial returns for RetPro owners and stakeholders

Sophia Guo,
Chief Financial Officer

A trained economist and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Sophia moved to Australia in 2005 and joined RetPro in September 2009. With extensive experience in property and trust accounting, particularly in relation to the management of shopping centres, Sophia was appointed Chief Financial Officer of RetPro in 2013. She now leads a very enthusiastic, professional team dedicated to providing RetPro’s clients with personalised service and comprehensive, incisive financial reporting.

Michaela Seipolt,
Regional Asset Manager

More than 15 years in the property industry have given Michaela a detailed knowledge of asset value. She was a property valuer before joining Centro Properties Group in various investment and asset management roles, eventually becoming Vice-President of Investment Management for Centro US. A similarly swift rise followed Michaela’s move to RetPro in 2013. Now, she oversees multiple sites in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Tricia Handford,
Regional Centre Manager

Adelaide-based Tricia began her shopping centre management career in 2002 at Elizabeth Shopping Centre, under Gandel Asset Management. Under its subsequent owners—Colonial Asset Management—Tricia managed Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, joining RetPro when Ingle Farm came under RetPro’s management in 2009. Since 2012, Tricia has specialised in regional centre management, supervising RetPro’s expanding South Australian portfolio of shopping centres.

John Weaver
Regional Centre Manager

John is a highly experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Commercial Real Estate Industry and Retail sectors for over 21 years. Skilled in all facets of; Asset Management, Retail, Retail Expansion, Redevelopments, Solar & Energy Saving Initiatives, Marketing, Operational Management, Customer Service and Sales. John has a corporate background through to boutique owners having worked for the likes of; RetPro, Savills, Gowings, Wesfarmers and Telstra Corporation. John has also previously held an number of volunteer positions within the local communities he serves including; Local Government, Racing NSW, Telstra Child Flight, Chamber Of Commerce with experience including Chairman, Independent Director and Committee Member spanning over 18 years. John uses his experiences coupled with his passion for tailoring Assets to enhance the Communities they serve.

Mark Tannahill
Regional Centre Manager

Mark is a trained property valuer and has 25 years of shopping centre experience managing retail centres for both Colonial Investments (ten years) and The GPT Group (12 years). Mark’s focus has been on large scale redevelopments at Australia Fair, Melbourne Central and Dandenong Plaza. Mark joined RetPro in 2016 and leads a highly motivated and astute team of Centre Managers that are focused on adding value to our clients assets.

Richard Hardie
Senior Leasing Executive 

Richard is a highly motivated Senior Leasing Executive with more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry; including 9 years as  Centre Manager for Malvern Central, Epping Plaza and Eastland.  Richard is responsible for the Leasing of multiple Shopping Centres across VIC, NSW, QLD and New Zealand; where his dedication and intuitive approach has resulted in numerous successful and mutually beneficial leasing deals.  Richard’s unerring ability to define and implement Leasing Strategies has added significant value to all of the assets he is involved with.

Lauren Grant
Leasing Manager

Lauren joined RetPro in 2013 having previously worked for The Pacific Group of Companies and CBRE.  She is a dedicated and passionate Leasing Manager and currently leads a team of Leasing Executives responsible for assets in Victoria, ACT, NSW and New Zealand. Lauren and her team take a strategic and dynamic approach to leasing and focus on delivering results to Landlords through in depth retail planning, relocation strategies to achieve optimum tenancy mix and utilising their strong retailer relationships. They are known for their success in leasing distressed assets and negotiating favourable deals with a variety of local, national and international retailers.

Monica McKay 

Business Process & Policy Manager

Monica has over 15 years of experience working in retail property in various Business Analysis, Project and Change Management capacities.  Monica has extensive expertise in the development and implementation of policies and procedures with an emphasis on compliance and process improvement across all areas of property management.  Monica joined RetPro in early 2016 and has lead initiatives including a best practice WHS management approach, GS007 Accreditation for Internal Controls and the development of a comprehensive suite of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines to enhance and support Centre Management and Head Office functions.

Brett Noack,
Senior Group Accountant

Brett is a Chartered Accountant with broad experience in property, retail, logistics, IT and the not-for-profit sector, including seven years in London. But it’s as a forward-thinking data analyst, technologist and planner that Brett really excels. He manages annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes; provides month-end reporting, variance analysis and commentary; and has streamlined RetPro’s processes and introduced new finance software.
