Graham Terry,
Managing Director

With more than 30 years’ experience in driving growth across all aspects of retail property, Graham combines integrity, hands-on leadership and adaptability. Before founding RetPro, Graham spent 10 years as Chief Operating Officer at Centro Properties Group, where he managed and developed over 120 Australian properties—including their branding and marketing—and oversaw a US shopping centre portfolio valued at over $18 billion. Graham’s earlier roles spanned high-level retail property management positions at Coles Myer.


Melinda Ch'ng
Director

Melinda was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Pacific Group of Companies, a private equity investment house active in real estate, credit and private equity investment, in July 2019.

Melinda is an accomplished Finance Executive with more than 20 years local and global experience.

Her most recent role was Head of Finance – Belong, the exciting challenger brand for Telstra that tripled in size and reached scale during her tenure. Prior to this, Melinda was the Head of Finance for GE Capital ANZ. She held a number of senior finance leadership roles within GE Australia and spent many years travelling the world leading global finance projects as a member of GE’s premier global leadership program.

Melinda has a Bachelor of Accounting, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

 

Bryce Mitchelson
Director

Bryce is a well-known veteran in the property industry and has more than 30 years’ experience in various capacities including valuing, transacting, investing and developing a broad range of property types including retail, office, industrial, residential, childcare and healthcare real estate in Australia.

In February 2019, Bryce retired his role of Managing Director at Arena REIT Limited (ASX Code ARF), a business he co-founded and listed some years earlier.  For the five years until his retirement, Arena was the highest performing ASX300 A-REIT in the market.

Bryce holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), Bachelor of Business (Property) and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
