In early 2013, the dilapidated 'DFO, Spencer Street' had 55 vacant shops and 56 holdovers. RetPro undertook a major redevelopment and repositioning of the centre as a hub for discount retail. The rebranded 'Spencer Outlet Centre' is now fully leased and trading successfully.
