Kathie has been in the shopping centre industry for over 25 years with a key focus in the Property Management sector. Before relocating to Melbourne, Kathie was Regional Property Manager for the Sydney Habour Foreshore Authority, and was an leading member of the onsite management team for AMP during its two developments at Warringah Mall Shopping Centre.

Arriving in Melbourne Kathie joined Centro Properties Group as Centre Manager at Karingal Hub and subsequently moving to Regional Manager and then State Manager for Victoria. Kathie rose to National Property Manager responsible for a team of over 350 people across a portfolio of 125 diverse shopping centre’s in Australia and New Zealand.

Kathie joined RetPro in 2014 as General Manager Shopping Centres which grew to her current role as Chief Operating Officer. Kathie is responsible for running of the RetPro’s Management teams to ensure financial returns for RetPro owners and stakeholders together with initiating change management across the business always working toward a better way of achieving outcomes.
